Physique3 Workout Program Vol. 1
This program is a Push/Pull/Legs split that I developed over the last few months. I’ve fine-tuned it through trial and error and it has been giving me amazing results. I started giving it to a few of my in-person training clients and they have been making huge improvements, fast!
